Spore Flight Monthly Competition

A free-to-enter, skill-based monthly competition. Players compete on the Spore Flight leaderboard for a share of the monthly prize pool. Read these rules carefully.

⚠ How prizes work here. Spore Flight is a skill-based monthly competition with a free, no-purchase path to enter — it is not a lottery, raffle, or game of chance and is not gambling. Winners are determined by leaderboard performance, then reviewed and verified for eligibility before any prize is issued; prizes are never paid automatically. Nothing on this page is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.

1. Skill-based competition

Leaderboard ranking is determined by gameplay performance — special items collected through skilled play and total score. Ranking priority: (1) lottery eggs, (2) golden eggs, (3) total score. Outcomes depend on a participant's skill, effort, and time invested in playing Spore Flight.

2. No purchase necessary — free entry (AMOE)

Free Method of Entry

A purchase or token holding is not required to enter or win. Spore Flight is free to play in practice mode, and a free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) is open to everyone. The free path grants the same competition standing, the same leaderboard, and the same chance to win the same prizes as the holder path — holding $PMUSH is never the only way to a prize. One free entry per person per season, subject to identity and eligibility verification.

How the free path works: create a free account (username only — no purchase), then submit one free entry per season on the free-entry page. Free entrants compete on the same leaderboard, under these same rules, for the same prize pool as holders. The operator may verify identity and eligibility before awarding any prize.

3. Eligibility

Age: open only to individuals who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher.
Geographic restrictions: void where prohibited or restricted by law. Residents of jurisdictions where such competitions, prize promotions, or crypto-linked activity are restricted are not eligible; the operator maintains a current list of excluded jurisdictions and may block or disqualify entries from them.
One account per person and per wallet. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent accounts are disqualified.
Employees, contractors, operators of this competition, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to win.

4. Holder competition tier

Participants who verify on-chain holdings of at least US$100 of $PMUSH (computed at current market price) via a non-custodial wallet signature qualify for the holder competition tier. Verification reads holdings only; it never takes custody, moves funds, requests seed phrases, or stores private keys. Holdings may be re-checked periodically. Holding is only one of two equal ways to qualify; the free entry path carries the same standing and the same chance at the same prizes.

5. Special items & random rewards (odds disclosure)

During qualifying play, the server may award special items at random. Awards are determined server-side. Indicative odds:

Lottery-egg prize amounts are probability-weighted: lower amounts are common and higher amounts are dramatically rarer. The current odds and reward values in effect for each season are published in-app and control over any example shown here. The operator may adjust odds and reward values between seasons as permitted by law.

6. Prizes & distribution

The prize pool, the per-rank prize schedule, and the total approximate retail value (ARV) of prizes for each season are published in-app before that season and control the prizes for that season.
The leaderboard resets monthly; standings at season close determine winners.
Winners are reviewed and verified before any distribution. Prizes are not paid automatically.
The operator may verify eligibility, request identity and age confirmation, and disqualify manipulation, botting, or cheating. Winners are notified using the contact details on their account and must respond and complete any required verification within 14 days, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible participant. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes on prizes; where required by law, prizes may be reported to tax authorities and a completed tax form may be required before a prize is paid.

7. Fair play & anti-cheat

Scores are validated server-side. Automated play, multi-accounting, exploitation, or any manipulation of the leaderboard results in disqualification and forfeiture. The operator's determinations are final.

8. Not gambling; not financial advice

This is a skill-based competition with a free entry path. It is not a lottery, raffle, or game of chance, and is not offered as gambling. $PMUSH is a token used within the arcade; nothing here is investment, financial, or legal advice. Token values fluctuate and may go to zero.

9. Disputes & changes

The operator may modify, suspend, or cancel the competition, or any prize, at any time as permitted by applicable law. These Official Rules incorporate the governing-law, dispute-resolution, and limitation-of-liability terms in the site Terms and Privacy Policy. Where permitted by law, winners may be asked to consent to use of their username for winner announcements; participants may decline where that consent cannot lawfully be required.
